Update the global CLI.

Update the globally-installed CLI to a specific version or dist-tag.

systhema self-update                          # latest stable
systhema self-update --target internal        # internal canary tag
systhema self-update --target 1.5.0-internal.03f0516
systhema self-update --list-tags              # list available dist-tags and exit
systhema self-update --yes                    # skip confirmation

Available dist-tags: latest, internal, canary. The internal/canary tags are continually published from feature branches — useful for testing token migrations and codemods before a release.
