Welcome to your website
Learn how your website and its Admin work, then follow the onboarding tour to make your first changes.
On this page
Your website is the part your visitors see. Its Admin is the private workspace where you change words, choose images, build pages, and decide when your changes go live. Your agency has already set up the design and the tools you need.
Start with the onboarding tourLink to this section
Start the onboarding tour. Allow about 20 minutes. You'll sign in, change a heading, build a page, choose an image, and learn how to keep unfinished work private.
You can practice on the demo website (opens in new tab) and its Admin (opens in new tab). The demo uses the username demo and password demo. Your own website uses the sign-in details your agency gave you.
How a page fits togetherLink to this section
A page usually starts with a hero, the opening area with a large heading and sometimes an image. Below it, you arrange blocks. A block is one piece of a page, such as a section of text, an image, a quote, a set of cards, or a form.
Some blocks hold other blocks. For example, a Section can hold text and columns. Each column can hold a card or an image. You fill in the content and choose from the settings your agency has made available. The website supplies the design.
The Header and Footer are shared across the site. Edit them once to change the navigation on many pages. The Uploads library holds images and other files that you can reuse.

| Admin | Your private editing workspace. The Admin role is the account with administrator access. |
| Page | Content with its own website address, such as About or Contact. |
| Block | One piece of page content, such as an image or a quote. |
| Draft | Saved work that visitors cannot see yet. |
| Publish | Make the working content visible to visitors. |
