AI assistant

Use the Admin's AI tools to draft, revise and translate content while keeping control of the result.

On this page

You'll use the assistant to suggest wording, translations or images, then review the result before saving. Generating content does not mean it is accurate or ready to publish.

Help with a fieldLink to this section

  1. Open the page or post and find the field you want to change. Keep a copy of wording you may want to reuse.
  2. Open the sparkle control beside the field.
  3. Enter an instruction and choose the send arrow, or choose an action such as Check grammar, Rephrase, Expand, Summarize, Simplify or Translate.
  4. Wait for the result. Review the changed field before saving a draft.

Help in the text editorLink to this section

  1. In the Content editor, select the passage you want to change. With no selection, the action may use all the text.
  2. Open the toolbar's sparkle control. Enter an instruction or choose a revision action.
  3. Review the result, including headings, links and any facts it changed. Save a draft only when you want to keep it.

Help with a whole pageLink to this section

A page-level sparkle control can offer a description prompt and Translate page. A whole-page action may affect several text fields, so read the title, body, button labels and SEO afterwards. A translation needs the same review as a manually written one.

On multilingual sites, check the destination language and its publication status. Generated work stays under your control; save or publish it only after review.

Images and other suggestionsLink to this section

An image-field assistant can offer image generation or refinement, Boost resolution and Remove background, depending on your setup. An edited result is a new upload; check which image is selected and review its alternative text and crop.

SEO fields and image alternative text may have their own generation controls. Use alternative text to describe the actual image rather than repeat promotional wording.

Good promptsLink to this section

Give the assistant a task, audience and limit. For example:

  • "Rewrite this paragraph for first-time visitors. Keep the meaning and use no more than 60 words."
  • "Check grammar only. Keep our product names and prices unchanged."
  • "Write a 20-word summary of this article for the blog listing. Do not add claims."
  • "Translate this text into French. Keep the brand name and linked addresses unchanged."
  • "Suggest a page description about booking a consultation. Do not promise results."

Avoid vague instructions such as "make it better". Do not include private customer information or passwords in prompts.

Usage and reviewLink to this section

Your site may show an AI usage widget, remaining allowance or model choices. The allowance can be shared across the team. Whole-page and image actions can use more allowance than a small wording change; ask your agency if you reach the limit.

Before saving, compare the result with your original intent. Check facts, names, dates, prices, links and tone. Use Revert where offered, or restore the wording yourself if the suggestion is unsuitable. See drafts and versions for saved revisions.

Check afterwardsLink to this section

Read every changed field and preview the page. Check facts, names, dates, links and image descriptions. Publish only after this review; generating content does not publish it.
