Frontend helpers

These helpers are exported from @systhemaui/payload for custom routes, scripts and templates.

• seedDevUser() — create a development admin user on first boot.
• getUploadsConfig() / getUploadsSlug() — read normalized uploads settings.
• getUsersConfig() / getUsersSlug() — read normalized users settings.
• getAdminConfig() / getAdminPath() / getAdminURL() / getLivePreviewURL() — admin URLs.
• getCollectionLabels() — build i18n-friendly labels from a collection slug.
• getGoogleMapsApiKey() / getEmailConfig() / getCaptchaConfig() / getEnvironment() — runtime config getters.
• getAiConfig() / resolveAiConfig() — read the normalized AI assistant config (see AI Assistant).
• getAnalyticsConfig() / resolveAnalyticsConfig() — read the normalized analytics config; capabilitiesFor(provider) — the provider's capability set (static matrix for built-in sources, the adapter's declared set for source: 'custom'); see Analytics.
• getCapabilityOptions() — capability values with the backward-compatible English string labels; getLocalizedCapabilityOptions() — the same options with English/Hungarian StaticLabel values for Payload Admin schemas.
• isDev(user) — check whether a user has the dev role.
• SysthemaCloudflareOptions (type only) — the cloudflare plugin option shape; see Cloudflare Integration.
• autoPurgePaths(payload, paths) — purge public paths from the Cloudflare edge cache from a project's own hooks (server-only, a no-op unless Cloudflare and auto-purge are on, never throws); see Purging from your own hooks.
